  • If you lost the membership card, and would like to reissue a handling fee of 220 yen will be charged. When your card is reissued, the points will be transferred from the previous card.

Payment Methods

  • Cash-on-delivery service will be used when items are delivered to the address of the purchaser.
    * Handling fee will be added separately when the order is less than 10,000 yen (excluding shipping fee).
  • If the delivery address is different from the purchaser, we will send you a Japan Postal (Yucho) bank transfer form by another mail. Please transfer money within 10 days after the form arrives.
    * We only ship out items after we confirm the payment for new members who purchase for the first time.

Shipping fee

For purchase amount of 10,000 yen or more (with tax), shipping fee will be free for one box if it can be delivered in a room temperature. If there are two or three boxes for purchase of 10,000 yen or more, only one box is delivered without shipping fee. The shipping fees will apply to the second and the third boxes. (Another handling fee will apply for items that need refrigerated courier service)
